The Great Wall of InMobi
4 founders, 10 years, 864 people and 1 company.
We designed an LED and acrylic wall carrying the name of everyone who was at InMobi when it turned ten, and everyone who had left. Each name is lit from within, the whole wall glows gold, and together the names form the InMobi logo.
It sits at the office entrance, so it’s the first thing people who work there see each morning.
Culture, made visible
We linked InMobi’s four values to four things everyone already knows: earth, water, fire and air. Each value got its own shape, colour and feeling, so it was easy to remember.
Then we ran it as a campaign with InMobi’s culture and communications team. The signs, posters and merchandise put up across the office helped every InMobian recall those values every day.
Reimagine
A two-sided installation of layered glass panels, printed front and back, telling one cohesive story. It shows advertising reimagined as a product, drawn as an explosion moving outward through the layers.
Each layer carries one thing the product lets people do: explore, discover, engage, experience, express and converse.
The Guts & The Grit
Coffee table book
A coffee table book we made from start to finish, from the first interview to the final print run. Months of conversations with early employees shaped the narrative, and we wrote and edited the entire book ourselves. Printing was part of the work, too, and no expense was spared.
We launched the book like a film premiere and handed a copy to every employee at the event, so it felt like they were being felicitated for their contribution to the company.
